Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; BBA/MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Prior experience in Cement and/or Ready Mix Concrete marketing/branding is highly preferred.
Experience in construction materials or B2B infrastructure marketing preferred.
Exposure to project-based marketing in real estate or construction sites is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in outdoor branding and site-level execution (hoardings, billboards, plant branding).
Experience in on-ground activations with contractors, engineers, and developers.
Ability to understand and communicate technical cement/RMC product benefits in simple marketing terms.
Job Purpose
Own and manage the branding and marketing activities of Bashundhara Cement and Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).
Drive brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute branding strategies for Cement and Ready Mix Concrete products.
Build and strengthen brand positioning and communication.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Manage outdoor branding (billboards, hoardings, site branding, plant branding, transit media).
Identify high-impact branding opportunities near construction zones and project clusters.
Execute activations, technical sessions, contractor meets, engineer engagement programs, and industry events.
Engage developers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and institutional buyers.
Generate and track marketing-originated leads to support sales growth.
Develop brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, and social media content.
Coordinate with agencies, designers, printers, and vendors.
Prepare marketing plans, activity calendars, budgets, and performance reports.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, visibility coverage, ROI, and market feedback.
