- This role is not suitable for candidates without computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Fill up visa application forms and handle online submissions.
- Collect, check, and merge client documents for visa processing.
- Communicate with clients regarding requirements, updates, and travel services.
- Upload files and maintain proper records.
- Assist with flight, hotel, and travel insurance services when needed.
- Must be comfortable using computer, email, and online tools.
