Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for employees, clients, and partners.
- Assist applicants with visa documentation, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and external agencies for visa-related inquiries and appointments.
- Provide detailed guidance on visa types and regulations for India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Canada, UK, USA, and European countries.
- Maintain records of visa statuses and handle renewals or cancellations.
- Ensure timely submission of visa applications and resolve visa-related issues.
