Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote both educational programs and travel services.
∎ Event Management: Organize and manage events, including educational fairs, seminars, and travel expos, to engage potential clients and partners.
∎ Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, travel partners, hotels, and airlines to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Promotional Activities: Coordinate with media outlets and design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and press releases.
∎ Market Research: Conduct research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive activities in both the education and travel sectors.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with both the education counseling team and the travel sales team to ensure consistent messaging and maximize client engagement.
∎ Campaign Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.Qualifications:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, with exposure to both the education and travel sectors being a plus.
∎ Strong organizational, project management, and event planning skills.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge of the education and travel industries, including market trends and consumer behavior.
