∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and build up good relationships with Clients.
∎ Provide visa and tour package information to clients.
∎ Experienced in Visit Visa Counselling (Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Schengen, Turkey, Dubai, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam)
∎ Must be able to communicate with clients virtually
∎ Experienced in both counselling Face to face & phone.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Plan and organize holiday packages for clients, including flights, accommodation, and activities.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visa and holiday services, and increase sales.
∎ Ensure compliance with visa regulations and requirements, and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.
∎ Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.

∎ Have fair knowledge of Digital marketing tools & Microsoft Office to carry out own responsibilities.
∎ Arranging tailor-made tour packages and contacting relevant authorities/suppliers to make sure our client gets the best support.
