Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ticket Sales: Facilitating the sale of tickets for transportation or events.
∎ Reservation Management: Handling bookings and reservations for transportation, accommodations, or events.
∎ Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information on schedules, availability, pricing, and resolving issues related to bookings or reservations.
∎ Processing Payments: Collecting payments for ticket purchases or reservations.
∎ Itinerary Planning: Assisting customers in planning their travel itineraries, suggesting routes, connecting flights, or alternative travel options.
∎ Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of transactions, reservations, and customer interactions.
∎ Issuing Tickets: Generating and distributing tickets to customers.
∎ Dealing with Changes: Managing changes to reservations, cancellations, or re-bookings as per customer requests or company policies.
∎ Collaboration: Liaising with other departments or external service providers to coordinate seamless travel experiences.
∎ Knowledge of Regulations: Staying updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and any restrictions that might impact travel plans.
∎ Software Usage: Operating computerized reservation systems and ticketing software to process bookings and manage customer data.
∎ Sales and Promotion: Occasionally, engaging in sales and promotional activities to boost ticket sales or reservations.
∎ Compliance: Adhering to industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations concerning ticketing and reservations.

Additional Requirements:
