Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing excellent customer service is paramount. This includes answering inquiries, assisting with booking changes, and resolving issues related to reservations.
∎ This is the core responsibility. You need to accurately enter passenger information, select appropriate flight options, and issue tickets according to the customer's preferences.
∎ Understanding fare rules, restrictions, and conditions is crucial. This helps in advising customers on the best options and explaining any penalties or fees associated with changes or cancellations.
∎ Handling payment transactions securely and accurately. This might include processing credit card payments, applying discounts, and issuing refunds when necessary.
∎ Proficiency in reservation systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is often required. This includes navigating the system to search for flights, make reservations, and manage bookings.
∎ Generating and providing customers with detailed itineraries, including flight details, boarding times, and layover information.
∎ Suggesting additional services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, or car rentals to increase revenue.
∎ Ensuring compliance with airline policies and regulations, including baggage rules, visa requirements, and security procedures.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of reservations, payments, and customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
∎ Keeping customers informed about changes to their flight schedules, delays, and any other relevant information before and after their journey.
∎ Handling issues and complaints efficiently, such as rebooking passengers due to flight cancellations, resolving overbooking situations, and addressing missed connections.
∎ Preparing and distributing e-tickets or paper tickets as required and assisting customers with the necessary travel documents.
∎ Staying up-to-date with airline industry trends, new regulations, and changes in reservation systems to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
∎ Providing support and rebooking options for passengers affected by unexpected events like natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
∎ Cooperating with colleagues in other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a smooth overall customer experience.
∎ Safeguarding customer information and adhering to data protection laws and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
