Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be experienced Visa Consultant, Saudi Arab, United Arab Emirates Etc
∎ Must have experience of talking with the customers about visa related issues
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via newspaper or social media advertisements then sales,
∎ Accurate counselling direct & over the phone
∎ Keep the company and customers up to date with any visa-related updates
∎ Provide honest and authentic services to the customers & do the marketing,
∎ Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
∎ Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile.
∎ Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
∎ Meet the sales assigned targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 to 05 years working experience in recognized travel agency / tourism industry.
∎ Sound knowledge of tourist and business visa processing services.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ 2 plus years of relevant experience
∎ Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
∎ Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
∎ Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
∎ Familiarity with computers and the internet.
∎ Sales oriented and target driven attitude
∎ Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
∎ Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
