We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Female Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and capable of guiding clients professionally. She will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, or online.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate consultancy services.
Keep client records updated and check in with them regularly.
Help clients with paperwork and application processes.
Explain our services clearly and professionally to potential clients.
Work with marketing and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Go to company meetings, training sessions, and events.
