∎ At least 2 years of experience working in an Immigration Law Firm or any other Law Firm.
∎ Strong ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.Eagerness to learn new things and a passion for research.
∎ Must be tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital tools and platforms efficiently.
∎ Office Time: 9AM to 5PM (US Eastern Time Zone), 7PM to 4AM (Bangladesh Time Zone)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the legal team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Oversee case management, ensuring all legal documents and filings are completed correctly and on time.
∎ Prepare, review, and/or revise legal documents such as memos, statements, and forms to ensure they meet all legal standards and requirements.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, offering support and training as needed.
∎ Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on case status and addressing any concerns.
∎ Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the firm’s processes.
∎ Perform legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in immigration law and related areas.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in all work processes.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
