Additional Requirements:
Work Setup Requirements: Candidates must have a quiet and professional home workspace, along with a personal computer capable of handling video editing and graphic design software seamlessly.
Work Schedule Requirement: Must be able to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Bangladesh Time) consistently, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
Design graphics, social media creatives, and marketing materials consistent with the firm’s brand identity.
Create motion graphics, animated text, and short promotional videos.
Repurpose long-form videos into short, platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the marketing team on content planning, branding, and design consistency.
Maintain organized project files and meet assigned deadlines.
Perform additional creative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
