Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:
The Client Service Representative will be the first point of contact for international clients, managing inquiries, leads, and documentation professionally. This role is ideal for confident communicators who can handle multiple client interactions efficiently while maintaining organized records. The first three months will be considered a probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound/outbound client inquiries via phone (online tools), email, and messaging platforms.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM, Google Sheets, or other internal tools.

  • Track leads, assess client eligibility, and follow up with potential clients.

  • Assist clients throughout their case journey with professionalism and empathy.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams for smooth case management.

  • Engage in self-directed learning to strengthen expertise in immigration and personal injury cases.
