Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and observe employees day to day working activity and report to management for proper action and rectification for better customer support and organization benefit.
∎ Responsible to Supreme Authority of organization for the Audit of Employees performance and total Services rendered to the end user i.e Patients .
∎ To maintain and regulate Policy and administrative laws to be implemented as per instruction of Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Entry and Exit monitoring of All staffs and report to management
∎ Maintain all necessary document of staffs service file
∎ Keep record of punishment and award of the staffs
∎ Monitor employee performance and administrative security issues
Salary: Tk. 10050 - 13000 (Monthly)
