Responsibilities & Context:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website.

• Work with raw footage to create polished videos, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.

• Develop promotional videos for visa services, air ticketing, student consultancy, and overseas employment services.

• Create concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

• Prepare marketing creatives such as banners, posters, thumbnails, and ad graphics using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator.

• Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing content and optimize campaigns.

• Stay updated with video trends and create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).

• Monitor page growth, engagement, and lead generation performance across platforms.

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and ensure brand consistency and privacy compliance in all content.
