Responsibilities & Context:

Global Star Ltd. is looking for dynamic, confident, and English-proficient professionals to support our international business development activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting international leads, communicating with overseas companies, presenting workforce supply solutions, and building long-term business relationships with foreign clients.

### Key Responsibilities

Fluency in English is mandatory. Candidates who are not fluent in English should not apply

* Identify and collect potential international client leads.

* Communicate with overseas companies via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

* Introduce and promote Bangladesh workforce supply services to international employers.

* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain CRM records.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and employers.

* Assist management in achieving international business development targets.

### Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

* Strong email writing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

* Experience in international marketing, business development, lead generation, or client communication will be preferred.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and online research tools.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work with international clients.
