Job Context:
∎ NNZ 100th Quasem Foundation School is looking for a dynamic academic professional for the position "Vice principal" for their English version school at Ulipur, Kurigram.
∎ We are seeking the application from the competent teachers who are fluent in English with good English accent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of planning and implementation of overall academic activities in an enabled environment that should have distinct uniqueness.
∎ Organizing and engaging student's in- class activity, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities and skill development program
∎ Monitoring and assessing student's and teachers' performance and providing necessary action plans for further improvisation
∎ Should be able to judge the needs, plan and organize teachers' training & development
∎ Expected to teach one class either KG or class 1.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10years teaching career having experience as Vice Principal or equivalent post in any reputed school & college.
∎ Sound academic background
∎ Excellent English communication skills
∎ Must have the desired level of skills in adapting software and digital academic platform
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
∎ Experience in conducting and managing teachers' Training program
