Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, School
Job Context:
∎ Call center experience will be handy.
∎ Must be fluent in English and Bangla oral communications. Sufficient in English
∎ Candidates near Rangpur District area will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all enrolment confirmation paperwork and issue to students.
∎ Prepare all student payment plan information and issue to students.
∎ Check and confirm student entitlement balances.
∎ Run promotional recruitment campaign to enroll students for the school year
∎ • One-one meeting with families to lock-in enrollment confirmation
∎ You will have demonstrated experience in the international education sector and strong student/agent liaison skills.
∎ Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
∎ Process data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
∎ Create and maintain student files to legislative requirements, ensuring all required eligibility items are received.
∎ Enter student enrolments and relevant data into CRM.
∎ Communicate with provider on student's eligibility and acceptance
∎ Follow up on students’ academic performance and assess family pressures on a monthly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Skills Required: Bengali and English Typing, Computer Operating, Good Communication Skill (Bangla/English)
