Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales target in assigned territory.
∎ Create brand value of the product(s) at the Doctor front and Market.
∎ Train and drive the team to achieve the target in terms of sales and promotion.
∎ Maintain all the rules and policies, assess and evaluate team and individual performance.
∎ Craft strategy and develop sales and marketing plan for excellent sales.
∎ Regular visit to field to build relationship and develop business growth.
∎ Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results
∎ Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals of the organization.
