∎ The Value Chain Assistant will be leading the process for Assessment, creating market linkage & find Supply Chain analysis trend in camp market and local aggregation Centre (supported by WFP and FAO) with the retailers of fresh food outlets of WFP. He/She will be supervising the Filed Mobilizer

∎ Supervise Different need assessment survey and find out the best solution for project betterment
∎ Lead Market mapping and supply chain analysis in camp market (Find out the local producers, Suppliers, frequency of supply)
∎ Lead assessment and establish pricing mechanism inside the camp (Price assessment)
∎ Help on creating Business Model Plan for Local producer & suppliers and Increase Capacity.
∎ Give technical support on increase the capacity to suppliers & Producer Group on Post-harvest Technology
∎ Trained up FFC retailers on market system approach and setting price of the product in existing system
∎ Have good knowledge to work with Different Govt stakeholder and Private sectors
∎ Lead linkage meeting with producer groups, suppliers and FFC retailers for sharing the findings and recommendations.
∎ Supervise the different study on WFP's food assistant impact on markets inside the camp
∎ Contribute in ensuring the safeguarding in the organization
∎ Any assign Work provided by Supervisor
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field
∎ Knowledge on Agriculture, Supply chain, value chain, market mapping, market linkage
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English
∎ Enthusiasm to learn
∎ Optimistic and friendly
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh
