Job Context:
∎ DUTY STATION: Ukhiya, Bangladesh
∎ REPORT TO: Clinic Supervisor
∎ Duration: 2 months (Renewable)
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to vaccinate the children and the girls/women of reproductive health age at AA down clinic under camp 3. He/she will be responsible for overall regularly carrying of vaccines to and from Ukhiya health complex to clinic, maintenance of vaccine cold chain, push/administer vaccine to the client, provide counseling to client, maintain record and documentation, conduct field visit to find our left over and drop out cases and bring the clients to clinic for vaccination. He will report to the Clinic Supervisor and ensure regular attendance to the clinic for delivering services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying of vaccines from the ukhiya upazila health complex and ensure return to them within the same day
∎ Ensure maintenance of appropriate cold chain of all vaccines and handling those in proper way
∎ Ensure that vaccines are placed in appropriate temperature in the clinic when the services are delivered
∎ Ensure that vaccines waste are kept at minimum level.
∎ Push and administrator the vaccines to the target population (children of under two years and reproductive age girls and women ( 15 to 45 years)
∎ Provide counseling to the clients while pushing and administering the vaccines
∎ Maintain all GOB and RI records and documents of the vaccines in prescribed forms/formats
∎ Conduct field visit and find out the drop out and left out clients and bring them to clinic for vaccination/services
∎ Conduct advocacy meeting at the community level to increase awareness on immunization services
∎ Keep close liaison with the CHO/CHW/CPV team for community mobilization to increase access to immunization services
∎ Attend vaccine/EPI related training and orientation to upgrade knowledge and skill
∎ Show respect and dignity to the target population and strictly maintain humanitarian principles
∎ Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ around six month experience of administration of vaccines to the target population at the Rohingya camp.
