Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a UI-UX Designer to turn our digital solutions into easy-to-use products. The UX-UI Designer will work with our team of talented individuals to design innovative and user-friendly websites, mobile apps, and software applications. The role will require a passion for creativity, user experience, design, animation and art and will require a candidate with a desire to contribute in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
∎ The Digital Designer will lead the design stage from concept until delivery, and will primarily be responsible for ensuring that wireframes, prototypes and visual designs to a high level of quality. The role will be more than just a design role - the candidate must be able to understand the business objectives of the digital solution, have the ability to critically analyze requirements, and have a strong understanding of user experience fundamentals.
∎ A portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications is mandatory to be sent with the application/resume. Your application will not be accepted without the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the design function, and use design tools and environments to conceptualize, build, test and implement designs.
∎ Work with a team of project managers, business analysts, designers, developers and testers to deliver websites, mobile apps and software applications.
∎ Experience in creating the UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, site maps & mock ups.
∎ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
∎ Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
∎ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
∎ Conduct research on trends, latest technologies and any developments in the world of digital, web, mobile, apps, games, social media, etc., with a focus on design and user experience.
∎ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A portfolio of a body of work with a focus on digital (Dribble or Behance profile, websites, apps, page layouts, email templates, display ads, etc.) is a must.
∎ Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
∎ Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or XD
∎ Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
∎ Good time-management skills
∎ B.Sc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
∎ Knowledge on HTML, CSS will be of great value
