Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post graduation in any discipline. (MBA will added advantages)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the market, identify the seller and business portfolio to acquire new vendor.
∎ Sourcing / Listing and on-boarding of leads (sellers/brands/SME) based on the category and company strategy.
∎ Must be market oriented with mentality to perform regular of field visit for acquisition of new merchant and market.
∎ Developing & Implementing strategies for Merchant acquisition and educate sellers about selling on E-commerce platform.
∎ Train up vendors/sellers about how to maintain the website and system works in every aspect.
∎ Managing vendors/sellers account through continuous communication and maintaining relationship for fruitful business.
∎ Maintaining acquisition trackers ( seller status, follow up, collecting required documents, contract signed to live etc) for daily based report.
∎ Achieving targeted KPI on new seller acquisition and assortment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in e-commerce industry will be treated as an advantage.
∎ Very good communication, convincing and situation handling skill.
∎ Should be able to work as a team and perform under pressure.
∎ Interested to take challenges and learn new things.
∎ Have to be creative minded and energetic.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali
∎ Knowledge on MS Office, Google Sheets and Reporting.
