Job Context:
∎ We are incorporated in Japan as Kaicom Solutions Japan Co. Ltd. with principle office in Tokyo and subsidiary in Bangladesh as Kaicom BD. Based on our software development knowledge and working with Japanese company more than 15 years, we are involving with mega project for software development in Bangladesh, we do software development lab contract, offshore development with Japanese and USA company. At present we are developing and implementing software for the infrastructure project for Bangladesh government funded by Japanese Government, and Various CRM related project for the Japanese private organization.
∎ We are looking for a Software Engineer (UX Researcher & UI Designer) who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. As a Software Engineer (UX Researcher & UI Designer), you will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching, conceiving, sketching, clickable prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
∎ Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
∎ Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe XD, Figma, InVision'.
∎ A good Portfolio on Dribbble or Behance
∎ Have extensive experience working with Figma/XD/PSD
∎ Bring ideas and concepts to life through creative designs
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
∎ Must be a very good team player and ensure knowledge transfer among the team members.
∎ Strong analytical, communication, and Problem-solving mindset.
