Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor programme outputs and manage progress against the outcomes defined in the project document.
∎ Lead the project team at Upazila level comprises Community Mobilizer, Community Based Volunteer etc.
∎ Monitor the hygiene session, IYCF-E counselling and awareness sessions, interactive sessions, community dialogue, consultation, meeting with local leaders/groups/stakeholders & schools around lifesaving behaviors, feedback mechanism and community engagement.
∎ Maintain effective liaison/interaction with DHPE, Upazila health care facilities, LGIs, local administration and relevant local government institutions, national and international agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders and other relevant implementing partners of the project.
∎ Facilitate donors to conduct field visits as and when required.
∎ Manage stakeholder expectations and participate in communication activities to inform stakeholders of progress and issues.

∎ As per Human Resource Policies & Procedures of NGO Forum for Public Health.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Location: Barguna, Patuakhali, Pirojpur

Job Highlights:
∎ Emergency Response on Cyclone Remal in selected Upazilas of Patuakhali, Pirojpur and Barguna districts.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until September 30, 2024.
