Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in designing, developing, and implementing business strategy-aligned talent management and total rewards programs, policies, and processes to improve quality, development, engagement, and retention of talent across the organization.
∎ Works collaboratively with senior leaders, and HR function leadership to build talent management and total reward programs tailored to the organization’s unique objectives and culture. Creates awareness and communication efforts related to industry-leading talent management and total reward programs.
∎ Drive the design and delivery of strategic talent management programs and initiatives, including talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, talent pipeline, and talent development.
∎ Spearhead the management trainee program to develop future leaders in the organization attracting top talents from the market by creating employer branding, attractive employee value propositions, and meaningful career journey.
∎ Take lead in designing, developing, reviewing, and implementing total rewards policies, and programs including compensation benchmarking, creating salary structure, managing annual compensation cycles, sales incentives programs, top talent retention, and reward & recognition programs etc.
∎ Establish and maintain the organization’s job evaluation framework, define job structures and levels. Conduct job evaluations on new and existing positions, including job content review, benchmarking, market positioning and alignment with internal grading structure.
∎ Develop and manage a Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Framework, and Internal Disclosure Policy, implement employee grievance and conflict management processes and policies. Ensure all total reward programs are aligned with applicable all local regulations.
∎ Leverage advanced knowledge and skills to successfully collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization and be a trusted strategic partner to the Group HR Head and Management Committee. Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster and promote a culture of excellence.
∎ Monitor leading practices in the marketplace around talent and total reward programs, policies, and strategies, identifying opportunities to adapt and integrate these practices to meet our talent needs.
∎ Lead, manage, and develop the Talent & Rewards team by continuously and effectively coaching and developing each team member.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates must have 5 years of work experience in Talent & Reward Management in a leadership role.
