Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline. Masters/ MBA major preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University will be treated as an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will be responsible for facilitating the Product development of digital financial services to increase functionality, usage & transactions across the Online, Mobile and new to the world banking channels.
∎ Liaise with all business, Operation & related stakeholder to Identify, incubate and experiment generate ideas and concepts, ensuring a culture of learning and innovation, as well a learning culture within organization.
∎ Responsible for process reengineering to address digital solution along with operation and others business stakeholder.
∎ Prepare and give digital channel reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, successful initiatives and roadblocks.
∎ Develop strategy for digital payments through Internet Banking and SmartBanking Apps
∎ Formulate and develop the business and payment strategy to grow sales volume and fee-based income through Internet Banking.
∎ To develop robust and easy-to-use UI/UX to increase customer acquisition and to increase interaction and engagement.
∎ To identify new trends in Internet Banking for improved User Experience and revenue opportunity
∎ Collaborate with developers to create interface design that is robust, friendly and easy to use
∎ Build product creatives/ EDMs for boosting in print & social media in coordination with communications department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
