∎ What We’re Looking For:
∎ Around 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
∎ A solid understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG 2.
∎ Experience with qualitative UX research methods and a user-centered design approach.
∎ Familiarity with front-end basics like HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap (a plus, but not mandatory).
∎ Expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, constraints, variables, and component organization.
∎ A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

∎ Have a portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and design process.
∎ Are curious, proactive, and always eager to learn.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and bring product visions to life.
∎ Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that make user experiences seamless.

∎ Advocate for design best practices and ensure consistency across all projects.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
