• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Xd, Adobe Photoshop, or other equivalent software.
• Strong working knowledge of Graphic designing tools.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
• Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines.
• Creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions.
• “Can Do” attitude and willingness to learn about new software & tools for going the extra mile on assigned projects.
• Excellent writing, proofreading skills, and fluency in English both oral and written.

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

• Manage and update website content provided by the DM team.

• Conduct User research to understand user needs and pain points.

• Design User Interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and user-friendly.

• Develop User Experience (UX) strategies that optimize user journeys.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.

• Collaborate with product managers, Developers, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.

• Design eye-catching social media graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns.

• Develop short and engaging motion graphics to enhance user experience and brand storytelling.
