Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 35 years
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Xd, Adobe Photoshop, or other equivalent software.
Strong working knowledge of Graphic designing tools.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines.
Creative mindset to be able to bring a design to life with simple instructions.
“Can Do” attitude and willingness to learn about new software & tools for going the extra mile on assigned projects.
Excellent writing, proofreading skills, and fluency in English both oral and written.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Manage and update website content provided by the DM team.
Conduct User research to understand user needs and pain points.
Design User Interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
Develop User Experience (UX) strategies that optimize user journeys.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers, Developers, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Design eye-catching social media graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns.
Develop short and engaging motion graphics to enhance user experience and brand storytelling.
