Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
∎ Understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
∎ Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for design handoff and collaboration with developers.
∎ A strong design portfolio showcasing past work, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
∎ Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
∎ Experience working in agile or lean development environments.
∎ Familiarity with tools for user testing, feedback, and product analytics.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct user research, create personas, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
∎ Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
∎ Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistency.
∎ Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
∎ Ensure responsive and user-friendly designs across a range of devices and screen sizes.
∎ Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance product experiences.
∎ Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
