∎ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Software and Wireframe Tools.
∎ Experience working with B2B platforms or OTA portals is a plus.
∎ Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
∎ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our B2B OTA portal.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
∎ Conduct user research to gather insights and identify pain points in the current software.
∎ Work on enhancing the overall user experience through thoughtful design solutions.
∎ Analyze the existing off-the-shelf software and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Implement design changes and enhancements to align the software with our business goals.
∎ Implement design elements seamlessly.
∎ Work with Adobe Software and Wireframe tools to create and refine visual assets for the user interface.
∎ Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
∎ Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to facilitate
