∎ Bachelor's Degree in CSE or Degree in Design, or related field.

Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) is the national trade body for Software & IT Enabled Service industry of Bangladesh. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences.
∎ Minimum Employment agreement is 1 (One) year.
∎ Candidate will be considered permanent after 3 months "provisional period". Leave and other benefits will be applicable only after being an employee in the company for 3 Months.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating user-centered designs by understanding organization requirements.
∎ Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, prototypes, mockups, icons, and UI specifications.
∎ Collaboration with the developer team to ensure website's quality.
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
∎ Improve the design of existing websites and creating new as per requirements.
∎ Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance, scalable product with a minimal footprint.
∎ Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend architecture.
∎ Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Create an awesome UI/UX design for website or mobile app.
∎ Extensive knowledge of essential design tools (Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD, etc.)
∎ Should be advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Experience in creating responsive design.
∎ Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the ICT industry's latest trends and technologies.
∎ Solid understanding of color science and combinations.
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in the IT industry or related field as UI/UX Designer.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 6 working days in a week
∎ Casual leave 22 days.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
∎ 50% Lunch subsidy.
∎ 7.5 % Provident fund (Contributory).
∎ Health and life Insurance
