Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design user-centered interfaces for financial and Web3 applications, ensuring complex functionality is presented in an intuitive way.
∎ Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for Web3 wallets, NFT marketplaces, and DeFi applications.
∎ Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
∎ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement solutions efficiently.
∎ Stay current with Web3, DeFi, and financial technology UI/UX trends and best practices.
∎ 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years focused on financial or Web3 applications.
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex financial interfaces and Web3 products.
∎ Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
∎ Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and DeFi concepts.
∎ Experience in creating responsive designs and ensuring cross-platform consistency.
∎ Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Experience designing NFT marketplaces or crypto trading platforms.
∎ Knowledge of smart contract interactions and blockchain UX patterns.
∎ Understanding of financial markets and trading interfaces.
∎ Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
∎ Familiarity with front-end development principles.
∎ Background in gamification and user engagement strategies.
