Cultive8 applies tech-driven solutions for farmers, aggregators, retailers, dealers, and manufacturing companies to increase profitability & efficiency.
∎ Reports to: Product Group Manager - Digital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design innovative visual interfaces for computers, smartphones, and digital items for target audience.
∎ For design visualization and portrayal, use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards.
∎ Create user interface components such as menus, widgets, and tabs.
∎ Create UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate the website's functionalities.
∎ Examine and revise the mockups in light of the input for regular QA.
∎ Follow the directions for style, color schemes, fonts, and so forth.
∎ Monitor and manage previously built systems. Perform user testing on produced applications to assess user experience.
∎ Keep up to speed on the newest UI trends and design skills.
∎ Create tables, drawings, filters, photos, and other graphic designs for websites and applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 Years of experience in UX/UI Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer, or a similar role
∎ Ability to work with remote developer teams and clients from home and abroad.
∎ Strong communication and negotiating skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bangla
∎ Strong analytical, prioritization, negotiating and problem-solving skill.
∎ Team player with great entrepreneurial Spirit
∎ Sense of Urgency
