∎ Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Market Research, Marketing, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly execute sales plans & achieve sales targets (Revenue & Volumes) assigned by the Reporting supervisor and Head of Sales.
∎ Monitor and supervise regular sales performance, new acquisitions, market attendance and overall management on daily basis.
∎ Regularly visit Engineers/ Masons/ Contractor, Dealers & potential customers to generate demand of products.
∎ Maximize cash sale and organize dealer/clients within the company given credit limit & duration also must convince dealers for Bank Guarantee.
∎ Close liaison with Customer service and Delivery department to meet delivery deadline.
∎ Timely credit realization & necessary arrangement for overdue.
∎ Attend the customers' complaint and resolve immediately with line manager
∎ Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by the Head of sales.
∎ Daily Visit report & Weekly Report making and emailing to the Sales Admin.
∎ Ensuring proper use of marketing promotional Items with documents.
∎ Collecting and monitoring the market dues and updating the Finance department monthly.
∎ Look after Project Bill Boards, Billboards and other advertising equipment properly and cleanly
∎ Finding out branding opportunity at assigned area.
∎ To inform to the superior about the activities of other competitive steel companies, area trends, pricing etc.
∎ Monitoring and proposing for the installation of project signboards or other advertising equipment across the assigned area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 year's experience as TSO & 4 year's experience as Sr.TSO
∎ Having experience in Steel & Cement sector will get preference
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, Pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
