∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG Biscuits & Snacks food & Beverage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and achieve sales targets and growth by successful managing the sales team members.
∎ Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Ensure smooth running of Distributor.
∎ Explore the new business opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
∎ Develop trusting relationship with the Distributor.
∎ Traders and customers Excellent trade relation with different.
∎ Will be responsible to serve dealers and retailers.
∎ Update and maintain DB stock list.
∎ To procure and ensure timely procession of sales order from customers in time.
∎ Ability to go through in details on the Market Share and find out opportunities for new market growth.
∎ Mast have control the Products damage.
∎ Cost Control Capability.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the reporting boss.
