Skills Required: Good Computer Skills and Communication,Leadership and Good Communication skill.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in “Battery/Automotive Batteries/Solar Industry/” will get privilege.
Knowledge in sales-marketing will get privilege for RSM position.
Graduation from any discipline can also apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure monthly sales and collection target.
To ensure proper and excellent relationship with Retailer and visit to Retail point.
Follow up order wise product delivery.
Should be skilled enough to maintain the app Biz-motion of product sales.
Maintain DB stock, Credit & all Compliance issues properly.
Follow up customer service, satisfaction and customer feedback.Follow up all retail outlet coverage of respective area and pay visit to Retailers and
dealers.Observe other Brands activities.
Reporting of the sales activities regular to the back office.
To work with dealers and distributors and also with concerned departments to ensure the achievement of daily/weekly sales targets by volume/value.
To develop existing and new distribution channels through dealer management, creating new channels, business ideas and overall sales and marketing activities in assigned zones.
To lead the sales and marketing team. Work closely with network power teams and business units to identify and develop battery service offerings.
To meet or exceed established annual battery sales quotes while supporting management's profitability objectives.
To dealer management, year closing, dealer’s conference, incentives and other promotional activities.
To manage the battery sales group to assure timely quoting; to achieve assigned order closure rate.
To report on battery business at every month to the National Sales Manager.
To ensure also target based sales and collection.
To ensure zonal market and business analysis.
To prepare a budget and control accordingly.
To ensure usage of MIS, Business tools, (Biz-Motion, Awaaz, Oracle etc.)
Any kind of office & development works assign by higher authority or HOD
