📢 Hiring: In-House Digital Marketing Manager (Video Editing Skilled)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

Manage Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Create and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads – Lead/WhatsApp/Reach)

Plan and execute monthly marketing strategy

Shoot & edit professional videos (Reels, Ads, Promo)

Design basic creatives (Canva/Photoshop)

Handle Messenger & WhatsApp lead conversion

Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI

Work closely with gym operations & sales team

🎥 ভিডিও স্কিল (Must Have):

Short video editing (Reels, TikTok style content)

Gym environment video shooting & storytelling

Caption + subtitle + trending content idea

Basic motion graphics (preferred)

👤 Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years experience in Digital Marketing

Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager

Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects)

Creative mindset with content ideas

Fitness industry experience is a plus

Able to work in-house (not remote)
