We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager (Sales) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for ready-mix concrete through effective team coordination and performance management.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector for ready-mix concrete.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, developers, engineers, and project managers.

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions.

Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, queries and solutions.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
