• Diploma

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical from any reputed polytechnic institute.

• 3 to 7 years

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Knowledge of battery production processes & safety standards.

• Ability to monitor and improve production KPIs.

• Strong problem-solving & root cause analysis skills.

• Workforce management & team development ability.

• Achieve daily production targets in line with the approved production plan.

• Ensure timely issuance and availability of Manufacturing Orders (MO) and required materials.

• Arrange and conduct regular training sessions for subordinates to enhance skill and competency.

• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards to deliver defect-free products.

• Implement and maintain 5S practices in all daily activities.

• Drive defect reduction by applying the Zero Defect Policy and root cause analysis.

• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and energy resources.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials (lead, acid, etc.).

• Monitor production KPIs (output, efficiency, rejection rate, downtime) and take corrective actions where required.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.

• Maintain discipline, motivation, and accountability within the team.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean practices) to reduce waste and increase productivity
