• Strong communication & negotiation skills         

• Experience in sales, marketing, or event promotion (1–3 years preferred)         

• Social media marketing knowledge         

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets        

• Creative mindset for campaigns and promotions  

A Marketing & Sales Officer at Nandan Park is responsible for promoting the park, increasing visitor traffic, driving ticket sales, and building strong customer relationships through effective marketing campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.

Sales & Revenue Growth

·          Achieve ticket sales targets and revenue goals

·          Develop corporate/group booking deals (schools, colleges, companies)

·          Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales

·          Work with agents and partners to increase bookings

Customer Relationship

·          Maintain relationships with corporate clients and repeat customers

·          Handle customer feedback and improve service quality

·          Ensure a positive guest experience to boost return visits

Market Analysis & Reporting

·          Analyze market trends and competitor activities

·          Prepare sales reports and campaign performance reports

·          Suggest new strategies to increase footfall
