Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Research Organization, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from any reputed university.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Research Organization, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidates from battery manufacturing/research industries will get preference.

• Basic knowledge of design and drawing.

• Conduct research and innovation activities for new products, materials and manufacturing processes.

• Analyze and improve existing products in terms of performance, reliability, lifespan and cost efficiency.

• Design, develop, and validate prototypes through laboratory and pilot-scale testing.

• Plan and execute experiments, collect data and perform technical analysis.

• Carry out technical feasibility studies for new designs and product improvements.

• Ensure testing and documentation are compliant with relevant international and local standards (ISO, IEC, JIS, ASTM, etc.)

• Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to implement process improvements.

• Evaluate and approve raw materials and components through testing and benchmarking.

• Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends and competitor products.

• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, test reports and presentations for management review.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and 5S standards within R&I activities.
