দুগ্ধজাত পণ্য যেমন- দই, মিষ্টি, পনির, ঘি ইত্যাদি উৎপাদন করা।
সর্বাবস্থায় পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা।
মেনু পরিকল্পনা ও প্রয়োজনে বাজার তালিকা তৈরি করা।
