Dyeing Factory, Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and ensure that the orders of private label products are analyzed in a timely manner.
∎ Review of customer BOMs, Teck Packs, Manuals, etc. to ensure the correct creation of internal VAS (Value Added Service) packaging specifications.
∎ Ensure that analysis and verification of the required product in specifications is correct and adequate.
∎ Manage with MKT changes and proposals for packaging and trims to be used.
∎ Ensure cross-training of the team, so that everyone is trained to cover and fulfill any assignment corresponding to the area.
∎ Supply the Sample Room with the necessary trims to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
∎ Provide trim and packaging specifications: Creating, updating, and distributing specs.
∎ Provide new trim skus and upgrades of existing ones, for system setup, generation of purchase orders, creation of garment specifications, updating of libraries, etc.
∎ Delivery of new trim standards to the plants before the start of production.
∎ Maintenance of material libraries in Flex, with new trims and updates of existing ones.
∎ Maintenance of Packaging Specifications and Trims Libraries for review and queries by all users who require them.
∎ Manage the development of accessories with suppliers according to the requirements and/or samples received from marketing.
∎ Ensure the shipment of samples and/or updates in a timely manner and according to requirements.
∎ Follow-up and verification of Trims validations; Ensure that the tests corresponding to each trim are carried out, to ensure correct operation in production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience from Knit-Dyeing factories/concerns.
