• Age 21 to 30 years

Advise clients international travel destinations, packages, tours, and visa requirements.

• Provide information about flights, hotels, transportation, travel insurance, and holiday packages.

• Assist clients in planning travel itineraries according to their budget and preferences.

• Make reservations and bookings for air tickets, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct communication.

• Guide clients regarding passport, visa processing, and travel documentation requirements.

• Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and tourism trends.

• Promote and sell travel packages and company services to achieve sales targets.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective travel solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and payment information.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and tour operators for smooth travel arrangements.

• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel-related reports.

• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support marketing activities and participate in travel fairs or promotional campaigns when required.
