- Fluency in both Bengali and English.

Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, messages, social media)
Understand clients needs and provide accurate advice.
Generate customer interest and drive sales
Maintain strong knowledge of visa processing procedures to effectively inform and guide clients.
Provide timely updates and relevant information regarding visa applications.
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
