• Age 18 to 40 years

1) Must be an expert in visa processing for Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Schengen countries (at least 10 Schengen member states such as Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and France).

2) Should also have strong knowledge of visa processing for Japan, South Korea, and other top-tier countries, as well as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Turkey, Hong Kong, and other major destinations.

3) Strong understanding of visa requirements and immigration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Review and accurately process visa applications for clients traveling to first-world and other countries, and attention to detail.

2)Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.

5)Liaise with clients to guide them through the visa application process, addressing any questions or concerns.

6)Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and immigration laws for various countries.

7)Track the progress of applications and follow up as necessary to ensure timely processing.

8)Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

9)Foster strong teamwork and maintain effective communication with counselors and process team members, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate handling of visa applications.

10) Maintain accurate records and ensure all client data is securely stored and handled with confidentiality.

11)Upon completion of processing, clearly explain and hand over all documents to the client, and provide necessary guidance for biometrics and interview procedures.

12)Maintain professionalism, integrity, and efficiency while representing the organization in all communications.

Qualifications:

1) Proven experience in visa processing or a related field (preferred).

2) Must be an expert in visa processing for Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Schengen countries (at least 10 Schengen member states such as Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and France).

4) Strong understanding of visa requirements and immigration procedures.

5) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

6) Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

7) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

8) Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.

9) A proactive, customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
