Responsibilities & Context:
Manage air ticket booking and reservation using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre)
Design and sell domestic & international tour packages based on client needs
Provide visa processing guidance and documentation support
Handle hotel bookings and travel itineraries efficiently
Communicate with clients to understand travel requirements and offer suitable solutions
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Handle pricing, quotations, and travel-related inquiries
Resolve customer issues and provide timely support
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, visa rules, and airline policies
