Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities (Visa Processing Officer)
Handle end-to-end visa processing for different countries
Collect, review, and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness
Fill out and submit visa application forms correctly
Provide clients with up-to-date information on visa requirements and embassy procedures
Prepare and organize visa files and supporting documents
Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and other authorities when required
Track visa application status and update clients regularly
Assist clients in interview preparation (if applicable)
Ensure all applications comply with immigration rules and regulations
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer support
Maintain proper records and documentation for all applications
Resolve issues or delays in visa processing efficiently
