Responsibilities & Context:
Assist clients in planning and organizing domestic and international travel itineraries
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel routes, costs, and accommodation options
Book flight tickets, hotels, transportation, and tour packages as per client requirements
Handle visa processing guidance and travel documentation support
Advise clients on travel insurance, safety, and travel regulations
Customize travel packages based on client budget and preferences
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Resolve travel-related issues, cancellations, or changes efficiently
Keep updated with latest travel trends, offers, and industry regulations
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
